From heading up a complete brand-voice overhaul to executing a complex email suite alongside our marketing and product departments, I co-lead the Ticketmaster in-house creative team across channels including B2C, B2B, social, digital marketing, experiential, and UX. My role was a mixture of owning and overseeing all copy touch-points, mentorship and management, leading campaign ideation, and articulating complicated workstreams to bewildered creatives, then doing the same for creative work but addressing it to the tech teams. Plus a whole lot of A&B iterating.
